Do I have to order a minimum number of items?
For embroidery orders there is no minimum quantity, screen printing orders require a minimum of 12 pieces. Embroidery orders have a minimum charge of $12, there are price breaks at various levels for both embroidery and screen printing orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our typical production cycle is 7 to 10 business days from receipt of order until the time it is complete. Depending upon garment availability, this lead time may be less or slightly longer. Stitch Savvy is open by appointment only for pick-up of local orders.

Is rush service available?
Yes, expedited service is available. Each order is quoted as needed.

How do I find out the cost of your services?
Stitch Savvy offers competitive pricing, each order is custom and many factors affect the cost. Quoted prices are based on the complexity of the artwork and design, the item(s) you want embroidered or printed, and the quantities needed. Is pricing affected by a mix & match order?

We do allow a combination of products, sizes, colors and models, as long as each item is embroidered or screen printed with the same size & color design. For instance, if you would like a combination of 12 polo shirts, 24 denim shirts and 12 jackets with the same embroidered logo, you will receive the same price as if you were ordering 48 pieces of one item.

Because embroidery on headwear requires a special setup and special equipment, headwear must stand alone for quantity pricing.

For screen printed items such as t-shirts, you can mix and match shirt colors for the same design. However, if you are going from a light color to a dark color garment, new screens must be created and an additional ink color used in most cases. If additional colors & screens are needed, additional charges will apply.

How many thread colors may be used in an embroidery design?

Our embroidery heads have 15 needles each, allowing a different thread color for each needle. 

How do I choose thread or ink colors for my design?

Local customers may view our thread color charts or Pantone color guide in person if thread or ink color is critical.  If the desired PMS color is known we’ll take care of finding the closest thread or ink color to match it.
